Is your place clean and well maintained? Yes! We take pride in a tidy well maintained facility. All our Union Pier rentals are tediously cleaned and sanitized between stays.
Do you have BBQ grilles? Yes, we provide Weber grills for each of our cottages. Bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid.
Internet Connection? Yes, we have a wireless hot spot.
Do you allow children? Yes, families with children are welcomed! We ask that parents monitor their children while on the premises. Parents assume responsibility for any damage caused by children.

Do you have a play area for children? Yes, there is an outdoor play gym on the grounds.
Do you allow pets? Yes, maximum of 3 pets per cottage. Pet owners assume responsibility for damage caused by pets.
Large Common Room? The Martin House is equipped with a large common area perfect for family gatherings or business retreats.
Fireplaces? The Martin House and Cardinal have wood burning fireplaces. Other cottages have gas fireplaces.
What's kitchen equipped with? Every cottage has a "galley" kitchen. Fully stocked with appliances, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker and coffee.
Room Service? No
Linens provided? Yes, towels and bed linens. Guests should however bring their own beach towels.
Do you have a Pool? No - Lake Michigan is a short distance away.
How close to shops? There are many unique shops scattered throughout the 15 mile stretch of Harbor Country some as close as 1/4 mi away.
How close to grocery store? There is a convenience store in Union Pier. For a full "super market" service Barney's in New Buffalo is 4 miles South, downtown - just before traffic light.
How close to gas station? The closest gas stations are in New Buffalo, 4 miles outh
Nearby Restaurants? Red Arrow Road House - 1 mile, west, Blue Plate Cafe - 1 mi North, Timothy's 1 Mi west, Lakesore Rd. Many others, see www.harborcountry.org/php/search.form.dining.php - Restaurants
Do you provide bicycles? Yes. You can also rent bicycles from nearby Outpost Sports in New Buffalo 269-469-4210

Are there Walking Trails? Yes.Short 1/2 mi in our back yard. You can walk along Lakeshore Drive, or the trails at Warren Woods State Park, Elm Vally Rd east 2 mi.
How close to police station? Located 2 mi. north, Lakeside, MI.

What else should we bring? Beach towels, beach umbrella, small rain umbrella, beach chairs, bug spray, sun block, charcoal & lighter, flashlight, first aid kit, cooler for drinks.  You can buy food locally at Barney's in New Buffalo, 4 miles south. There's also a convenience store in Union Pier.
